Why mission?
"I am the way and the truth and the life" says Jesus, "I am the only way to the Father" (John 14:5-7)

Dead or alive
You are by far more than just a living with an existence between birth and death, and after death all is over. You are made unique. You look like Him, He made you, so you have godly characteristics. Not only the Bible speaks of an ongoing life. Even science cannot explain the many stories of people who had an "near dead experience" and tell about what they experienced. (read Psalm 139)

A judge… that sounds like a threat. A judge waiting for you to condemn you. God says He is a judge. We fear that judge, because we know that we don't live perfect lives. But the Bible reassures us and says: But God so loved the world, that He sent His only begotten Son to planet earth. And He became the first among men to fulfil all Gods laws. At the cross He took the full judgment of God upon Himself for you and me, yes, for the sin of all mankind. Jesus opened up the way to the Father and now we can live in peace with God forever more.
Through Jesus, being 100% man and 100% God. Because of Him we now have life, life to the full. No condemnation and no separation (Read Psalm 94:2 and Matthew 22:4)

Witnesses
Both friend and foe of the first century of our era confirm that Jesus has lived and was crucified and died. At least 150 witnesses saw Jesus walking and talking after he had died. His enemies could not deny that the grave was empty after He was put in the grave and two armed Roman soldiers were keeping watch. Flavius Josephus, a Jewish historian, wrote:
"Now there was about this time Jesus, a wise man, if it be lawful to call him a man; for he was a doer of wonderful works, a teacher of such men as receive the truth with pleasure. He drew over to him both many of the Jews and many of the Gentiles. He was [the] Christ. And when Pilate, at the suggestion of the principal men amongst us, had condemned him to the cross, those that loved him at the first did not forsake him; for he appeared to them alive again the third day; as the divine prophets had foretold these and ten thousand other wonderful things concerning him. And the tribe of Christians, so named from him, are not extinct at this day."

Why?
We need the Lord Jesus to repair our broken relation with God. The moment you accept this truth you will get the thrill of your life. Your eyes will begin to shine because of the new life in you. And your heart will begin to flow with His love, the love He will pour out into your heart. Wouldn't you go if Jesus would have a mission for you? You can represent Him and show His love for mankind. To tell others about His great plan and purpose for this earth. He has a place for you and your special skills! Are you ready? (Read Romans 5:10-12 and 2Cor. 5:18-20)

Reliable
The Bible is God's love letter. in the book of Timothy it says: "Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration, and profitable for instruction), for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to God's will in thought, purpose, and action), so that the man of God may be complete and proficient, well fitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Tim. 3:16,17).
